He was an active member of the Loyola Film Circle, the university’s premiere student film organization. In 2007, while taking film studies in Cebu, he apprenticed under Spanish cinematographer Diego Llanos-Romero.

He built his career working on numerous music videos for many of the country’s top musicians, winning the 2008 NU Rock Awards Music Video of the year for Pupil’s “Monobloc” music video. He has since moved on to making corporate videos and TVC’s.

His first feature film, Mangatyanan, was an official entry to the 2009 Cinemalaya Film Festival for which he received a nomination for Digital Cinematographer of the Year in the 26th PMPC Star Awards for Movies. He has two more feature films in the works, “Senior Year” (in post-production) and “Shake Rattle ‘n’ Roll 12″ (in pre-production).
